RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT SUBMITTED BY USERS

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any Content that you submit. You acknowledge and agree that any false or misleading information may result in termination of your account.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

We will use your personal data only as necessary to provide our Services, unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve all rights in regards to access, retention, disclosure, transferal, modification and destruction of user Data.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from your use of the Site or Content submitted by you.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement and all disputes, controversies, suits or proceedings hereunder, including this Agreement's interpretation, validity, performance, nonperformance or breach shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Betgrouse Casino has its principal place of business.

TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services without notice and at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel this Agreement upon five (5) days written notification prior to such cancellation taking effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND CHANGES TO TERMS

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof. Any amendments or changes to these Terms will be in writing, signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
